Independence From Affiliations

Shai has no commercial relationship with any AI technology vendor, cloud platform, or system integrator. Our business model is productivity and profitability improvement using AI to develop staff capability and efficiency. We are not in the business of recommending AI technology platforms. In a market where almost every AI advisor has a product, a platform, or a partnership arrangement pulling at their objectivity, genuine independence is a rare and valuable thing.

Every engagement is led, day-to-day, by senior advisors with deep industry experience, direct P&L accountability and hands on experience of running businesses in their background. Shai does not have a pyramid of junior analysts to fill.
